Flo For Life Customer Return Policy
Your business is important to us.
Upon receiving your order, please contact us immediately if there is any damage to your order, missing contents, or your merchandise is defective. Use the customer service number or email address provided with your order.
You will need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for any returns and/or refunds.
To receive a replacement or refund to your order, you agree to the following conditions:
* – No returns without an RMA number.
* – We need to be contacted with 5 business days (7 calendar days) of receipt of your order for any damaged or defective merchandise.
* – We need to receive your damaged or defective merchandise within 10 business days (14 calendar days) of receipt of your order.
* – We must receive your ordered merchandise before we can reship a replacement.
* – You pay shipment for any merchandise returned to us. Shipping insurance for full amount of merchandise is required.
* – We are not responsible for damaged returns resulting from improper packaging.
* – Any non-defective, non-damaged merchandise returned to us will only receive partial refund if used or if received past 10 business days.
* – Please allow 3 to 4 weeks to receive refunds on your order.
Any used, opened merchandise returned without a RMA number will be refused.
